Hampton Inn Logan is a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay. The lobby is welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk. While the bathrooms, TV, and flooring could use a little updating, everything was comfortable and I have no complaints overall.
At a certain point, the comfort and atmosphere of a hotel becomes the expectation with a reputable and proven brand such as Hilton. The rooms are nice, the hotel is clean, the location is optimal. However, the service you recieve and the dedication of the on site staff is what seperates the good stays from the best stays. Issac made sure this was a best stay. Great staff at this location.
Megan, the ASM, was so friendly and accommodating for us, and it’s our first time to visit Logan, UT, so this was such a great introduction to the town. Thank you Megan! Would recommend this place just for the humanity and customer service (you don’t see customer service like this much anymore).
After having an abysmal experience at another hotel the previous night, this staff and amenities here have been just what we needed. Morgan graciously welcomed our soccer club that included 3 teams of high school girls in need of study time, rest and a little relaxing with kindness and amazing hospitality. Should we ever return, we will absolutely stay here. Thank you Morgan and the Hampton Inn staff.
Isaac is one of those rare night-shift people who actually make you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. I came in dealing with a heavy night, and he handled everything with a steady, effortless calm. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t rush, doesn’t get flustered, and somehow makes the whole place feel more put-together just by standing there. Kind, professional, and the definition of reliable. Hampton Inn is lucky to have him.
Wonderful location, extremely clean, fun pool and very tidy fitness room. Morgan at the front desk handled a busy Saturday night with confidence and positivity! She learned that it was a special occasion for my husband and took care of us with such kindness! I would certainly stay again.
I didn’t think my life would change when I walked into this Hampton Inn… but then I met Isaac at the front desk. His warm welcome, kindness, and absolute mastery of hospitality turned my whole world upside down (in the best way). Best place every year for our Grandparent's camp. Staff is fantastic, they are very helpful and great with our entire family, they keep their hotel clean, and the pool is always hot.
